• This is not wheelchair accessible.
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.) pregnant women or seniors.
• Child must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.
• Child 0 - 2 year is free of charge.
• Child 12 years old day is consider as adult.
• Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip.
• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity.

HOW TO REDEEM:

• Kindly present your voucher at registration counter upon arrival.
• For Malaysian passport holders, please present your MyKad at the time of redemption.
• For non-Malaysian passport holders, please present of identity of the time redemption.
• Our representatives will be available on-site to assist you, and their contact information will be provided in the voucher.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with exception of service animals with valid identification.
• Smoking and drinking are not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by the staff member.
• Visitor must be at the entry point 15 minutes before the visiting time. The management have right to refuse entry to latecomers, and no refunds will be given
• Visitor are required to experience the Sky Deck during their tour in the MAHA Tower. Duration for visiting the Sky Deck is only 20 minutes within your chosen time slot.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
