• This is not wheelchair accessible.
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.) pregnant women or seniors.
• Child must be accompanied by at least one adult at all times.
• Child 0 - 1 year is free of charge.
• Child 12 years old day is consider as adult.
• Please be responsible for your personal belongings. Operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip.
• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity.

HOW TO REDEEM:

• Kindly present your voucher at registration counter upon arrival.
• For Malaysian passport holders, please present your MyKad at the time of redemption.
• For non-Malaysian passport holders, please present of identity of the time redemption.
• Our representatives will be available on-site to assist you, and their contact information will be provided in the voucher.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• The menu is subjected to change depending on the season and viability ingredients
• The schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on your activity date
• If you are prone to motion sickness, we strongly recommend you take travel sickness tablets 4 hour(s) before the activity time
• As per Malaysian Law, only participants aged 21+ will be served alcoholic beverages. Alcohol will be sold on board. 
• Please Note: Kindly provide a photocopy of each traveler’s Passport or MyKad via email to or WhatsApp (+60 11 - 1678 7786) along with Tripgo booking ID for issuance of insurance (insurance is mandatory). Kindly provide all documents one day in advance before 18:00 once the booking is confirmed. 
• Any documents submitted later than the mentioned time will incur penalty fee (change range between MYR 35 to MYR 60 depending on your package). This applies to booking made after 1800 PM as well.
• Please wear something light and comfortable clothing (preferably dry-fit material)
• Please be ready at the cruise counter at least 30 mins before the cruise is departed to avoid any miss trip for this activity. 
• Additional cost might be applied for speedboat go to the cruise if you are late arriving at the cruise counter.
